- Incumbent should be a Company Secretary (CS) and LL.B. and around 20 years of post qualification experience, out of which, 5 years as Company Secretary in a listed company preferably large Industrial organization having paid up capital of more than RS. 200 crores.

- Age: Around 48 years.
Salary/ Pay Scale
- Commensurate with qualification & experience and comparable with the best in the industry.
- Exposure in IT skills / SAP system and knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.
